Whereas, another post revealed that the VIVO X50 and X50 Pro will be introduced on 16 or 17 July in some other countries including India, where the VIVO X50 Pro + will be launched only in select countries.
  • The VIVO X50 Series includes VIVO X50, VIVO X50 Pro, and VIVO X50 Pro + devices. The VIVO X50 and VIVO X50 Pro phones are powered by the Snapdragon 765G processor, while the VIVO X50 Pro + Premium variant is powered by the Snapdragon 865 processor.
  • The VIVO X50 has a 4,200mAh battery, while the VIVO X50 Pro and VIVO X50 Pro + have a 4,315mAh battery. Where the VIVO X50 Pro and PRO + are equipped with the Gimbal camera technology, while the VIVO X50 Non-Pro version lacks this technology.
  • The VIVO X50 will be made available in Frost Blue and Glaze Black colors, while the X50 Pro will be available in the Alpha Gray color option. As for the price, it is expected that the price of this series in India will be around the same price as China.

VIVO X50 Series

VIVO:- Chinese smartphone production company Vivo is going to launch its mid-range flagship smartphone VIVO X50 series in India soon. Although the company launched the VIVO X50 series only in China last month, now the company is bringing it to Indian users. The company had revealed this information through its Facebook post and a teaser video shared on Twitter, which did not reveal the exact launch date of this series in India. Let me tell you that, the VIVO X50 Series includes three smartphones VIVO X50, VIVO X50 Pro, and VIVO X50 Pro +. However, there is no information about whether the company will launch these three devices of this series in India or bring only two devices.

 Now the latest report has revealed that the VIVO X50 series will be launched in India and some other countries in the third week of June. However, everyone is also awaiting the global launch of the VIVO X50 series, while it is only launched in China last month.

Another report states that the company plans to launch the VIVO X50 and VIVO X50 Pro devices on July 16 or 17 in some countries around the world. Whereas, VIVO X50 Pro + high version will be launched only in the selected markets, while India and China are included in this list. However, it has been expected that the company may make the VIVO X50 Pro + model available in select Android markets in the future. 

 The VIVO X50 will be made available in Frost Blue and Glaze Black colors, while the X50 Pro will be available in the Alpha Gray color option. In addition, the VIVO X50 Series is expected to launch in most Asian markets including Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and India on 16–17 July. Specifications of VIVO X50 & X50 Pro

If to talk about the specifications of these devices, then the company has given a 6.56-inch Full HD + display in the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro device. Apart from this, both devices have a punch-hole AMOLED display panel, which is equipped with a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR 10+ feature. The Vivo X50 comes with a flat display panel, while the Vivo X50 Pro comes with a curved display panel. Both devices have 5G connectivity and dual-sim support. For security, both devices have an in-display fingerprint scanner.

For speed and multitasking, the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset processor, which helps boost the device's performance. As for the software, both devices run on the Funtouch OS 10.5 ROM based on the latest version Android 10. In terms of RAM and storage, the company has launched these devices in two storage options in China. Vivo X50 comes with 8 + 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM support and 128 + 256 GB UFS 2.0 storage support. While Vivo X50 Pro comes with 8 + 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128 + 256 GB UFS 2.1 storage support.

Camera of VIVO X50 & X50 Pro

To capture images in the device, the company has given quad rear camera setup in the back panel in both the devices, the X50 Pro device is equipped with gimbal camera technology, while the X50 lacks gimbal technology for photography. The Vivo X50 camera setup includes a 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 custom sensor camera with f / 1.6 aperture, which is equipped with the Four-Axis OIS feature. Also in the setup is a 13-megapixel portrait camera with f / 2.48 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f / 2.2 aperture, a 5-megapixel macro camera with f / 2.48 aperture and 120 FoV. While the Vivo X50 has a 32-megapixel front camera with f / 2.48 aperture for selfie and video calling.

On the other hand, the Vivo X50 Pro camera setup includes a 48 megapixel Sony IMX598 sensor camera with f / 1.6 aperture and the device is equipped with the Gimbal OIS feature. In addition, it has a 13-megapixel portrait camera with f / 2.46 aperture, an 8-megapixel periscope camera with f / 3.4 aperture, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f / 2.2 aperture. While it has a 32-megapixel front camera with f / 2.45 aperture for selfie and video calling.

For long-life battery backup, the Vivo X50 has a 4200mAh battery with a 33-watt fast charging feature, while the X50 Pro has a 4315mAh battery with 33-watt fast charging feature. In terms of connectivity, both devices have given features such as  5G, NFC, WIFI 6, Bluetooth 5.1, SA & NSA, dual-mode, fingerprint scanners. While the X50 Pro has an additional feature like AK4377A Hi-Fi Sound Chip for music. The Vivo X50 measures 159.54 mm x 75.39 mm x 7.49 mm and weighs 170 grams. While for the X50 Pro it is 158.46 mm x 72.8 mm x 8.04 mm and 181.5 grams in weight.

Specifications of VIVO X50 Pro +

Vivo X50 Pro + comes with a 6.56-inch full HD + display. It has a curved display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, it also uses a single punch-hole display that supports the HDR 10+ feature.  In terms of security, it has given an in-display fingerprint scanner and face unlock feature.

In terms of good performance, this device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 advanced chipset processor and it runs on the latest version Android 10 based FunTouch OS 10.5 ROM. The company has launched it in three variant options, the first comes with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage options, the second comes with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, and the third comes with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage options. The company has provided LPDDR4X support for RAM and UFS 2.1 support for storage.

For long-life battery backup, this device has a 4315mAh power of battery with a 44-watt fast charging facility. In terms of connectivity, it is equipped with features such as 5G, NFC, WIFI 6, Bluetooth, SA & NSA dual-mode, fingerprint scanner, and CS4313 Hi-Fi sound chip. The Vivo X50 Pro + measures 158.46 mm x 72.8 mm x 8.04 mm in dimensions and 181.5 grams in weight.

The company has launched three devices under the Vivo X50 series, which are priced in china according to their different variant options.

The VIVO X50 was launched in China in two variant options, in which the 8 GB + 128 GB variant option is priced at CNY 3498, while the 8GB + 256 GB variant option is priced at CNY 3898 in China. The VIVO X50 Pro was also made available in China in two variant options, including 8GB + 128GB variant option and the price of this variant is CNY 4298, while CNY 4,698 is priced for 8GB + 256GB variant option. The top model VIVO X50 Pro + was launched in China in three variant options, including an 8GB + 128GB variant priced at CNY 4,998. The 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at CNY 5,298, and the 12GB + 256GB variant option is priced at CNY 5,998 in China.

 However, the VIVO X50 series mentioned above are priced only for the China version. The price of the VIVO X50 series in India has not yet been announced by the company, but we can expect the price of this X50 series in India to be around the price of China. However, to know the true price we have to wait for its launch.
