According to the Amazon listing, which states that the tab will be launched on June 8 this month and will be available for purchase on India's e-commerce websites. Samsung:- The smartphone production company is preparing to launch its affordable tablet Galaxy Tab S6 Lite in India soon. Earlier, the company launched this tablet globally in the month of April in Indonesia. Soon after the global launch of this tablet, the company was planning to launch it in India, but due to the coronavirus epidemic, the company had postponed the launch of this tablet in India. Now finally the company is bringing it to the Indian users. Galaxy S6 Lite is an affordable version of Galaxy Tab S6, and both versions will be available in the market for users.

 The company has officially announced the launch of the Galaxy S6 Lite tablet in India on Twitter. The company has shared a video on its Twitter account. The video is about the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, showing parts of the tablet. According to the video, the Galaxy S6 Lite will come with a single rear camera and a 7040mAh battery. Apart from this, this tablet has been given S Pen support, and it is very light in weight. However, the company has not given any information about when this tablet will be launched in India. Only the "Coming Soon" banner is mentioned in the video teaser.

Galaxy S6 Lite Tab listed on Amazon India:-

Another leak suggests that the company may launch this tablet in India on 8 June. Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite tablet is also listed on the Amazon India website, where a dedicated page has been created, which suggests that the tablet will be available for purchase on e-commerce websites after the launch. Amazon also confirms that this tablet will be launched on June 8 and pre-orders will also start on the same day for the Galaxy S8 lite tab. Specifications of Galaxy S6 Lite Tab:-

The Galaxy S6 Lite has a 10.4-inch WUXGA TFT display with a 1200 x 2000 pixel resolution. It has 81.6% screen to body ratio and 224 PPI pixel density. In addition, the company has provided a hole-punch front display, which houses a selfie camera. In terms of security, it has an under-display fingerprint sensor.


Processor:-

For speed and multitasking, the Galaxy S6 Lite is powered by an octa-core (2.3GHz, quad-core, Cortex A73 + 1.7GHz, Quad-core, Cortex A53) processor and is equipped with the Exynos 9 Octa 96113 handset. Whereas, it has a Mali-G72 MP2 GPU for graphics, which enhances the performance of the tablet.

Software:-

As for the software, it runs on the latest version Android 10, based on the Samsung One UI 2.0 ROM. The Galaxy S6 Lite is paired with two variant options, which come with 4 + 4GB RAM and 64 + 128GB internal storage. It has been given support for storage expansion via a dedicated microSD card up to 1 TB.

Camera:-

For capturing images, it has an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and HDR features. While it has a 5-megapixel front camera for selfie, which is placed on a punch-hole display. Selfie and rear cameras can record 1080 pixel video @ 30fps. Also, this tablet has S Pen stylus support, which was given in Galaxy S6 Tablet.


 Battery & Other Features:-

For long battery backup, it has a large 7040mAh battery with a 15-watt fast charging feature. The company claims that it provides video playback time of up to 13 hours. In terms of connectivity, it has features such as Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, LTE, GPS, 1.0 reversible Type-C USB connector and 3.5mm audio jack. For the sensor, it has a light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, and gyroscope sensor. It measures 244.5x154.3x7.0 mm in dimensions and 467 grams in weight.

Price Of Galaxy S6 Tab:-

Samsung had launched this tablet in China in two variant options. The first version comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage options, and the price of this Wi-Fi version is fixed at Yuan 2,799 (approx INR 30,000). While the second LTE variant in China is priced at Yuan 3,399 (about INR 36,000), and this price is fixed for 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variants. The Galaxy S6 Lite is available in Oxford Gray, Angora Blue, and Chiffon Pin color options.

According to Amazon, this tablet will be launched on June 8, and pre-orders for this tablet will start on the same day. Also, the Galaxy S6 Lite tab will be available for purchase on India's e-commerce site. Although the company has not given information about the Indian price of this tablet, it is being expected that the price of this tablet in India will be around the global price.
