Realme:- Smartphone production company Realme has finally launched another new device Realme 7i in its Realme 7 series in Indonesia on 17 September. Previously, several rumors had surfaced about its launch, which has now expired after its official launch. The Realme 7i is the third phone in the company's Realme 7 portfolio, which is now joined the Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro devices of this series. The Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro was recently launched in India which is now available for purchase in the markets of India.
The Realme 7i has a mostly similar design with the slim bezel that the Realme 7 phone has, except for its processor and quad rear camera layout. Highlights of this device include a hole punch cut-out display, a 90Hz screen rate, quad rear camera setup, Snapdragon 662 SoC processor, and 5000mAh of battery power. The device is now available for purchase in Indonesia, which went on sale from 18 September. So let's know in detail about this device.
Specifications of Realme 7i:-
Realme 7i has a 6.5-inch HD + display with a 720 x 1600 pixel resolution. The device comes with an IPS LCD display panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, 270 PPI pixel density, 20: 9 aspect ratio, and 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. Whereas, it also has a punch-hole cut-out display for the selfie, which is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection.

Realme 7i is powered by an octa-quad core 2 GHz processor and is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset, while it has an Adreno 610 GPU for graphics. This software combination helps to increase the speed and performance of this device rapidly. In terms of software, this device runs on Realme UI ROM based on the latest version of Android 10 OS and is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage option. The company has launched this device in Indonesian markets in the only variant of the 8GB + 128GB option. In addition, to store significant bulk data in the device, the company has provided storage expansion support in this device of up to 256 GB through a dedicated micro SD card slot.

For photography, this device is equipped with a quad rear camera setup, which is arranged in a rectangular L-shape module on the back panel. The quad rear camera setup includes a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 lens, a 2-megapixel micro camera with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2-megapixel depth camera with an f / 2.4 lens. All these cameras are placed alongside the flash on the rear panel.
On the other hand, there is a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 camera with an Exmor RS based f / 2.1 lens, which is provided for selfie and video calling. The selfie camera is placed in the hole-punch cut-out display in the top left corner on the front panel.

For long battery backup, this device comes loaded with a 5000mAh power of huge battery with an 18W fast charging support, which comes in the box with the phone. Earlier, the company had given a 30W fast charging support for Realme 7 and 65W fast charging support for Realme 7 Pro. Therefore, according to this giving 18W fast charging support for Realme 7i seems a sensible step for the company in Realme 7 Series. Apart from all these features, the company has also given a fingerprint sensor on the back panel with a face unlock feature in it. Also, this device is equipped with P2I coated waterproof technology, which protects the device from water damage.
In terms of connectivity, it includes dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G, LTE, Bluetooth 5, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm audio jack. While the sensor features include an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope sensor, and magnetic induction sensor. Finally, the device measures 164.1 x 75.5 x 8.9 mm in dimensions and 188 grams in weight.

The company has launched the Realme 7i phone in Indonesia as the only version of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option and this version has been priced at IDR 3,199,000 (around Rs 15,800) in Indonesia. This device has been made available in two color options like Aurora Green and Polar Blue Color. However, the first flash sale for this device has started in the country on 18 September, while the open sale has been started on 19 September and now it is available for purchase in Indonesia markets.
Users can purchase this device in Indonesia through Realme.com, Lazada, Akulaku websites as well as other hosted offline stores. Recently, the company has made this device available only in Indonesia markets. Although no information has been given by the company about its availability in international markets. While other reports suggest that the company may soon introduce this device in India.
