Due to the rapid spread of Corona virus in India, some experienced professionals and IIT Bombay Students have created an application named Corontine Mobile App, which will help in locating Corona affected persons. According to IIT officials, who have claimed that quarantine patients can be easily tracked with the help of this app. According to IIT officials, if a person who is suffering from the corona disease and is living in a quarantine period, and if he leaves his home or any place then in this situations, he can be easily tracked with the help of this app.

As soon as the patient runs away from the quarantine area, suddenly an alert message and e-mail will be sent via the Corontine app to the officer who is monitoring the patient. Which will help the officer to know that the patient has fled the quarantine area. According to the officials, every small change of every quarantine person will be fed in this app, which will help in getting information about how many patients of Corona virus are located in which area. With the help of this application, corona patients can be easily tracked.

According to the information available on the official website of the Corontine application, The Corontine app will be installed by the agencies in the patients' mobiles,This application will share GPS coordinates of mobiles at regular intervals through a server under the supervision of an authorized agency.This app will alert authorized officials about this through SMS or EMAIL when they pass near the quarantine areas marked by any mobile user, after which the officers will be able to take necessary steps. This app also work as auto detects.

The main purpose of making this application is to help the authorities or administration to track the peoples living in the quarantine zone and prevent from spreading of the disease. This app still officially is not available on google play store but IIT official said that very soon this application will be listed on google play store for download. Explain that to access all the features available on Corontine, the administrator must have to login with the provided OTP and this facility will be given to any officer.
