OnePlus:- Smartphone production company OnePlus has launched another two new mid-range budget smartphones OnePlus Nord N10 and Nord N100 under the company's Nord N lineup, which helps to expand the Nord series. The company has launched these devices through an online launch event in Europe and North America for users on a low budget segment. Both new devices come with a hole-punch display design, similar to the OnePlus 8T, which was launched in India a few weeks ago.
Oneplus Nord N10 comes with 5G connectivity and a 90Hz refresh rate. While the Nord N100 has 4G LTE connectivity support and a standard LCD panel. Apart from these differences, both the devices are powered by octa-core processors and are given stereo speakers to experience better music. However, the company has not given any indication about the availability of these devices in global markets including India. But the company says that the Nord N100 will be introduced in the UK on November 10, followed by the Nord N10 5G in the same month. So, let us know in detail about the specifications of these devices.
The OnePlus Nord N10 5G has a 6.49-inch full HD + display with 1080 x 2400 pixel resolution. The device also has an IPS LCD display panel, which is equipped with a 90Hz refresh rate, 20: 9 aspect ratio, 406 PPI pixel density, and 83.5% screen-to-body ratio. Apart from this, it also has a hole-punch cutout display which is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection.
For speed and performance, the N10 5G phone is powered by an octa-core 2x2.0 GHz processor and comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 5G chipset, while it has an Adreno 619L GPU for graphics that help to boost the performance of the device.
As for the software, this device runs on the latest version Android 10 based OxygenOS ROM and is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the only version option. Whereas, To increase the capacity of the internal storage, the company has provided storage expansion support up to 512GB in it through a dedicated micro SD card slot.
Camera Features of OnePlus Nord N 10 5G:-
The OnePlus Nord N10 5G comes with a quad rear camera setup on the back panel including a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera that offers a 119-degree field-of-view. In addition, the setup consists of a 2-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel mono camera. Whereas for selfie and video calling, the 16-megapixel selfie camera is provided on the front panel, which is placed in a hole-punch cutout front display.
For long battery backup, this device is loaded with a massive 4300mAh battery, which supports the Warp Charge 30T fast charging technology. This device also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and dual stereo speakers for listening to music.
In terms of connectivity, it has 5G, 4G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5, GPS / A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm audio jack. While the sensor features include a light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, compass, and gyroscope sensor. The device also has an IPS LCD display panel, which has a 60Hz refresh rate, a 20: 9 aspect ratio, 269 PPI pixel density, and 82.88% screen-to-body ratio. Apart from this, the device also comes with a hole-punch cutout display which is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection.
For speed and performance, the N100 4G phone is powered by an octa-core 1.8 GHz processor and is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset, while it has an Adreno 610 GPU for graphics that help to increase the device's performance.
As for the software, this device also runs on the latest version Android 10 based OxygenOS ROM and is paired with only 4GB RAM and 64GB storage option. Whereas to store important bulk data in the internal storage, the company has provided storage expansion support of up to 256GB through a dedicated micro SD card slot.
For optics, the OnePlus Nord N100 4G is equipped with a triple rear camera setup on the back panel which includes a 13-megapixel wide-angle primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro, and a 2-megapixel depth camera. Apart from this, the rear camera setup comes with inbuilt camera features like PDAF, LED flash, HDR, and Panorama features. While an 8-megapixel selfie camera has been provided on the front panel for selfie and video calling, which is placed in the hole-punch cutout front display.

Finally, the device measures 164.9 x 75.1 x 8.4 mm in dimensions and 188 grams in weight.
The company has introduced both these phones of the Nord N series in Europe and North America as the only storage variants. The price of the Oneplus Nord N10 5G phone has been fixed at GBP 329 (about Rs 32000) which is for the only 6GB + 128GB variant option. While the price of OnePlus Nord N100 4G phone has been set at GBP 179 (about Rs 17,300) for 4 GB + 64 GB storage variants. Both phones of this series are coming first in Europe and later in the second phase will be released in North America. The Nord N10 5G phone is made available in only one Midnight Ice Color option, while the Nord N100 comes in Midnight Frost Shape Color. The sale of the Nord N100 will first open in the UK on 10 November, while the Nord N10 5G will be available at the end of the same month.
Although the company has not given any official confirmation about the India launch of the Nord N10 and Nord N100 devices, previous records of OnePlus devices in India suggest that the company may soon introduce these devices in India as well as in the global markets.
