Smartphone production company Realme had introduced two devices Realme 7 and Realme 7 pro under the Realme 7 series in India last month. Now the company has launched another two affordable devices Realme 7i and Realme 7 Pro Special Edition in India today through the AIOT launch event, which has now joined the other devices in the company's Realme 7 portfolio. Realme 7i is a slightly tweaked version of the Realme 7 phone, which was recently launched in Indonesia. Along with Realme 7i, the company has also launched a special edition Realme 7 Pro sun-kissed leather version phone. This phone comes with a two-tone micro-grain leather finish on the rear panel, that has been made with white and orange leather material, which is very soft in touch and is eco friendly.
Realme 7 Pro Special Edition phone comes with the same specifications as the regular Realme 7 Pro. While Realme 7i has a quad rear camera setup and a 5000mAh battery with two different storage variants. Both devices will go on sale in India from midnight of October 16 through Flipkart and Realme.com website. Specifications of Realme 7i:-
Realme 7i has a 6.5-inch HD + display with a 720 x 1600 pixel resolution. The device comes with an IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, 270 PPI pixel density, 20: 9 aspect ratio, and 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. Whereas, it also has a punch-hole cut-out display for the selfie, which is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection.
Performance & Software:-
For photography, this device is equipped with a quad rear camera setup, which is arranged in a rectangular L-shape module on the back panel. The quad rear camera setup includes a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 lens, a 2-megapixel micro camera with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2-megapixel depth camera with an f / 2.4 lens. All these cameras are placed alongside the flash on the rear panel.
On the other hand, there is a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 camera with an Exmor RS based f / 2.1 lens, which is provided for selfie and video calling. The selfie camera is placed inside the hole-punch cut-out display in the top left corner of the front panel.

For long battery backup, this device is loaded with a massive 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support, which comes in the box with the phone. Earlier, the company had provided 30W fast charging support for Realme 7 and 65W fast charging support for Realme 7 Pro. So according to this, giving 18W fast charging support for Realme 7i is a sensible move of the company in Realme 7 Series. Apart from all these features, the company has also provided a fingerprint sensor on the back panel and face unlock feature for security. Also, this device is equipped with P2I coated waterproof technology, which protects the device from water damage.
In terms of connectivity, it includes dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G, LTE, Bluetooth 5, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm audio jack. While the sensor features include an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope sensor, and magnetic induction sensor. Finally, the device measures 164.1 x 75.5 x 8.9 mm in dimensions and 188 grams in weight.

The Realme 7 pro new edition sunkissed leather variant comes with a vegan two-tone micro-grain leather finish on the rear panel, which has been made with white and orange leather material. According to the company, this device is very soft in touch and is eco friendly compared to the regular variant. Beside its back panel design, the other specifications of this device have the same specifications that have in regular Realme 7 Pro.

Realme 7 Pro new edition phone comes in two different RAM variants in India with 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage option. This device has been made available in two color options such as Fusion Green and Fusion Blue color.
On the other hand, The Realme 7 Pro Sun Kissed Leather Edition comes at a price tag of Rs 19,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. While its top variant comes with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage that has been priced at Rs 21,999 in India. This device will be sold in two colors such as Mirror Blue and Mirror White color options.
Both these devices of the Realme 7 series will go on sale in India from October 16 and will be made available for purchase through Flipkart, Realme.com, and other hosted online and offline stores in India.
